laundry machines are nothing but COLD wash, no hot water, not even warm. manager gave some lame excuse about some ‘sensor’ issue. typical big corporate response

I am so ready for the NEW LOVES to be built. Can you just wave a magical wand & do it. No matter each yr the parking lot n the semi side is like driving on the moon with craters & half the time the pumps don’t work. As for the car side it’s sooo outdated it’s so disappointing how small it is. Half the time there’s no one on the trucker side because the cashiers are over on the car side & it’s NOT even busy on that side. The store is so dated…

I pulled in here during a long stretch on the road and found it to be a very well-maintained facility. The store was bright and clean, with a massive selection of snacks, drinks, and travel gear that made it easy to restock for the rest of my trip. I was particularly impressed by how clean the restrooms were despite how busy the location was. The fuel islands were easy to navigate with plenty of space, and the staff at the counter were quick and friendly even with a line. It’s a reliable and safe-feeling place to take a break, stretch your legs, and get everything you need before heading back out on the highway.

They need to take better care of cleaning the showers. Dirty toilet seat, beard trim on the counter top. I understand its a big store with lots of showers so they have to hurry but id rather wait an extra 15 minutes for a thoroughly clean bathroom.
